Blackcurrants have polyphenols plus unusually high levels of vitamin C (an antioxidant) for a berry fruit, even higher than blueberries, raspberries and strawberries.

I love this drink. As a shift worker I often find I am sluggish and need a pick me up that won’t affect my sleep. This is my second order of Arepa and I find it works wonders. It helps me think clearly and be more focused without the slump you get from having coffee etc.

I honestly feel the benefits when I drink this. My thinking is clearer, my head just feels ‘bright’. I’ll often have one prior to having a few drinks and I’m definitely less prone to having a hangover the next day.

Absolutely love this product!! Does exactly as it says it does and customer service and communication is excellent.
I dilute the drink with mineral water and sweeten with a collagen shot to make it more palatable. It is rather sour otherwise. I think it improves my sleep quality. It is a little pricey
