I had low iron absorption and my brain felt like it was not getting enough oxygen. I was so tired, no energy and had to rest by 3pm each day. My son gave me a container of energy and brain Ārepa. Honestly, by day 3 my brain was alive again, I could think straight. By day 5 I had full energy. I take it every day over the last 6 weeks and i feel 110%.
I mix it in with yoghurt, and it tastes sooooo good. Would definitely recommend this being added to your morning routine if you're after a bit more energy and clarity of thinking.
