I love this drink. As a shift worker I often find I am sluggish and need a pick me up that won’t affect my sleep. This is my second order of Arepa and I find it works wonders. It helps me think clearly and be more focused without the slump you get from having coffee etc.

At first when I started taking them. I felt a little Buzz of clarity and focus but now a few months in I’m not sure if I’m still feeling the same effect as I did originally I generally take two a day one in the morning one in the evening. What I did notice in the first two months was that during a game of sport of any kind? I felt I was concentrating and more sharp in my thinking and delivery, so I’d recommend them for anyone to try and see if it makes a difference in their life.
After a busy day I took my Arepa capsules in the afternoon which helps to give me a burst of energy before when I go out in the evening.
Works well, increased energy and keeps me awake when my body wants to sleep. Great for night shift hours, also has lead me to ordering creatine powder to try as well. I add the powder to water that is filtered and magnetized, and it increases the vitality of my drinking water. Has helped me to reduce my intake of energy drinks, 2 small bottles with Arepa powder and water a day has replaced 2-4 energy drinks and/or soft drinks I used to drink daily. Cutting costs at the supermarket at the same time switching to a much healthier diet instead of biscuits, snack foods and sugary drinks. A step forward to better health, highly recommend Arepa.
This must be my third order by now and I always go for the two servings because the price works out better! While on the waitlisted for my sleep apnea machine, these little gems had been a life saver, helping me get through the mornings when I would usually nod off at work! CALM AND CLARITY Brief Summary of last 23 years August 2002, 6:30am Traumatic brain injury, air ambulance to RPA Sydney. Results from injury, extreme light sensitivity, complete muscular failure, epilepsy, narcolepsy, cataplexy, unable to walk, write, read, barely able to talk, uncontrolled vomiting due to extreme vertigo, loud tinnitus. Bedridden for many years, living in total darkness with all windows an doors sealed to stop any sneaky light which caused extreme vomiting and nausea for 15 years. Could not stand anyone touching me my body was highly sensitive. Fractured pelvis from twice epileptic seizures, chronic pain Tried health specialist everywhere to get help but everyone said they couldn’t help me. Family gone like jumping in a panic off a sinking ship, they don’t even know that I have healed myself. Extreme Vertigo finally gone mid 2023 through using frequency therapy. I have always had full cognitive function, have the best memory of past and present, occasionally I have brain fog but that is because of what the towers, wifi and phones are sending out. I have purchased a special cap that blocks all this and tried it out for first time on this Thursday when shopping and no brain fog. When you know your body it’s easy to find what is causing problems. I have rehabilitated myself through sheer determination with the assistance of my beautiful Holi helping me to walk again by pushing her up and down the hallway even though I banged into the walls, tipped her off the stroller quite a few times she kept insisting on more rides. Heading into week 4 and still finding I'm taking up to an hour+ to get to sleep. I can also sometimes find myself awake up to 2 hours if I wake in the night. Interestingly however I'm not always waking exhausted in the morning despite the not so restful night.
My husband and daughter have been using this when they can't sleep and have found it excellent.
