Terms & Conditions

1. By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The promoter of this competition is Alphagen NZ LTD (Promoter), located at Unit 1.3, 615 New North Road, Morningside, 1021, NZ
3. The competition is open to residents in New Zealand and Australia, aged 18 years or over. The winner may be required to provide proof of identification and age before receiving the prize.
4. Employees of the Promoter, (together with all of their immediate families) are ineligible to enter.
5. The competition entry period will run from 7am NZT 7th Feb 2024 to 11pm NZT 18th Feb 2024. Any entries received outside of this period will not be eligible to enter this competition. .
6. To enter the competition, participants must submit their responses to the Promoter’s survey and provide their valid email address, full name, company details and country of residence on the designated landing page provided by the Promoter. Only one entry per person will be accepted. In the event of multiple entries, only the first entry will be considered valid.
7. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this competition.
8. There is one prize for this competition and the prize is one X 6 month subscription to brain drinks. 
9. The winner will be selected by Promoter from all eligible entries received during the competition period. The Promoter will choose the winner at 12pm on 19th Feb 2024. The winner will be contacted by email or phone within seven (7) days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
10. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.
11. The Promoter's decision in respect to all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, Pandemic, epidemic, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter's control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
13. By entering this competition, , the winner agrees to allow the promoter to use their name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
14. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by New Zealand  law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
