Wallabies vs All Blacks Rugby Game Ticket Competition

Terms and Conditions 

1. By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The promoter of this competition is Ārepa AU PTY LTD (Promoter), located at 285A Crown St The Commons Surry Hills Sydney, NSW 2010.
3. The competition is open to residents of Australia, aged 18 years or over. The winner may be required to provide proof of identification and age before receiving the prize.
4. Employees of the Promoter, (together with all of their immediate families) are ineligible to enter.
5. The competition entry period will run from 7am AEST 16th July 2023 to 11pm AEST 22nd July 2023 in Australia. Any entries received outside of this period will not be eligible for the prize draw.
6. To enter the competition, participants must submit their valid email address and full name on the designated landing page provided by the Promoter. Only one entry per person will be accepted. In the event of multiple entries, only the first entry will be considered valid.
7. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this competition.
8. There is one prize for this competition and the prize is two (2) tickets to the All Blacks vs Wallabies rugby game in Melbourne on July 29, and a year's supply of brain drinks. The prize does not include any expenses such as travel, accommodation, meals,  personal expenses or  any  incidental or  ancillary costs incurred by the winner.
9. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period. The draw will take place at 12pm on 23rd June 2023. The winner will be contacted by email or phone within seven (7) days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
10. The winner(s) may be required to provide proof of identification and age before receiving the prize. 
11. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.
12. The Promoter's decision in respect to all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, Pandemic, epidemic, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter's control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
14. By entering this competition, if applicable, the winner agrees to allow the promoter to use their name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
15. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australia's laws, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
16. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third party, including the All Blacks, the Wallabies, or the stadium where the rugby game will take place.
