Full Terms & Conditions

1. Information on how to enter the promotion forms part of the conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The promotion commences at 6pm October 15th 2024 NZT, and closes 6pm November 3rd 2024 NZT (the "Promotional Period"). Entries received outside of this time are ineligible.
3. By entering this competition, you consent to receiving marketing emails from Ārepa and Luxico, as well as consenting to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
4. Entry is only open to New Zealand and Australian-based residents over 18 years of age.
5. Eligible participants must subscribe to Ārepa emails to win the prize ("Eligible Participants").
6. Ārepa (the "Promoter") and LUXICO (the “Collaborator”), their employees, participating agents and their associated agencies are ineligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
7. There is one prize of up to $3,000 to be drawn after the Promotional Period. The winner will be announced and contacted by 5th November 2024.
8. To enter, Eligible Participants must subscribe to Ārepa emails ("Valid Entry"). This equates to 15 entries. Eligible Participants can earn additional entries (one entry for every $1 spent) by buying from drinkarepa.com during the Promotional Period.
9. All Eligible Participants go into the draw to win the combined prize of a voucher from LUXICO to use on their online store of $2,000AUD and a one-year supply of Brain Powder from Ārepa (the “Prize").
10. Luxico Gift Voucher will be valid for use 12 months from date of issue and can be redeemed for accommodation or experiences booked in conjunction with an existing booking. Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.

12. The winner of The Prize ("Prize Winner”) will be randomly generated and notified via email.
13. The Promoter will verify the details provided by prize winner to ensure they are an Eligible Participant. If the Prize Winner is deemed ineligible for any reason, a replacement prize winner will be drawn.
14. Notification of the Prize winner will be deemed to have occurred on the later of the time the winner receives actual notification from the Promoter or five business days thereafter. The notification will include details about how the prize(s) can be claimed.
15. If the Prize Winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within five business days, a new winner will be drawn.
16. The Promoter takes no responsibility where it is unable to contact prize winners who have not provided correct or complete contact details. If an entrant's contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to modify any entry information should be directed to Promoter.
17. The Promoter may reverse or cancel the award of a prize if the winner breaches these terms and conditions.
18. The Prize cannot be converted into cash and are not refundable, exchangeable or transferable.
19. By participating in this giveaway, entrants acknowledge and agree that Ārepa and LUXICO are not responsible for covering costs of expenses incurred over and above what is stipulated as part of the prize. Unless otherwise stated, the Prize does not include travel insurance, travel documents, meals, travel costs, transfers, flights, accommodation or any other costs of a personal nature. Compliance with any health, travel insurance, passport or other government requirements is the responsibility of the Prize Winner. Failure to comply with this will deem the winner's entry invalid and the entrant will forfeit the prize. The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist as part of the travel or at the destination.
20. The Prize booking is subject to availability at the time. The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, delay or rescheduling of the booking, and any costs incurred as a result (including, without limitation, travel and accommodation costs) will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
21. Entrants are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their prize(s). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from accepting a prize. Entrants are responsible for any and all expenses that they incur in entering the competition and they will not be reimbursed regardless of whether or not they win the competition.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize in whole (or any of its components), with a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
23. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
24. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this promotion. The Promotion may be modified or withdrawn by the Promotor at any time acting reasonably.
25. Neither the Promoter nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, and costs or expenses) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this Promotion or with any prizes offered, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
26. The Prize Winner will be announced by email newsletter and on our social media platforms. Acceptance of the prize is deemed consent for the Promoter to use the winner's details and photographs for promotional and media purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.
27. Facebook, Instagram or TikTok may be used to advertise or promote the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or TikTok; and to release Facebook, Instagram or TikTok from all liability in relation to this Promotion. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Promoter and not Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.
